1. What is a student visa? A US student visa is an official authorization for international students that allows them to enroll in an educational institutions in the United States and reside there while studying. This visa is issued to students who have received an official invitation from an educational institution in the United States (i-20). There are several types of student visa, depending on the type of study program and the length of the student's stay in the United States. The most common type of student visa that we help to obtain is the F-1 visa. F-1 visa: Issued to students who plan to enroll in an accredited educational institution (language school, college, university, etc.) to receive academic education or language courses. An F-1 visa holder can work on campus for up to 20 hours per week. To obtain a student visa, you must provide documents confirming admission to the educational institution, financial viability, and also undergo an interview at the US embassy or consulate.
FAQ
2. What programs can I study in the USA? We cooperate with language schools and educational institutions that provide ESL, certificate programs, as well as degree programs. Depending on your level of English, you can either study English at a language school, or take certificate programs in business, healthcare or IT at an educational institution. If your English is at Advanced Level (B2), then you can immediately apply to certificate programs in business, healthcare or IT. The advantage of certificate programs is that after a year of study you can apply for OPT (Optional Practical Training) and legally work for a year for an American company and, if you subsequently prove yourself, get a work visa through your employer. ESL English programs are a unique opportunity to improve your English and immerse yourself in a new culture. They are divided into Beginner, Intermediate, Advanced, and Academic. Before enrolling in a course, you take an English test to find out your level and enroll you in the right program.
3. At what age can I come to study in the USA? Language school students come to the USA to study at any age from 16 to 75 years. They often come to study with families. If you have a spouse of children, you can take them with you with an F2 visa. On the same F-2 visa, if necessary, your spouse can travel with you (however, he/she will be able to study at a language school for no more than 18 hours a week).
4. What is the school schedule like? The school schedule depends on the city and program. It starts from 3 days a week to daily classes. The exact schedule can be clarified with your manager. In any case, it doesn’t matter what your schedule is - studying takes about 20 hours a week and you have a lot of free time to travel, meet new people, and learn a new culture.
5. How easy is it to enroll in a language program? A big plus of a language school is that you do not need to take entrance exams or undergo lengthy interviews with school representatives. The process looks quite simple: We verify and submit your documents to the school. You receive an I-20 form—a document confirming your student status—and an invitation from the school. With Form I-20, you can schedule an interview at the US Embassy. All that remains is to fill out the DS-160 interview form and sign up at the embassy - for this you will have detailed instructions from your manager. Due to the possible long wait times for an interview date, we advise starting the application process several months before the start of your studies. For some, this process takes a year, while others complete it in a month.
6. How is my legal status renewed upon arrival in the United States? Depending on your contry regulations, you can get a stdudent visa for 1, 2, or 3 years. You can be in the US on Form I-20. This form verifies your student status in the United States and can only be issued by accredited institutions. You can stay in the USA using this form as long as you continue your studies, even if your visa has expired, your legal status in the USA is confirmed by the I-20 form (while you are studying and paying for your studies, you can extend your status student, you can also change schools and programs). Some students study for 8 years or more.
7. How to get a student visa? Getting a student visa is much easier than getting a tourist visa. You've probably heard a lot about a tourist visa, and that to get it approved you need to have a good visa history, statements from a job with a high salary. And it is not a fact that this will suit the consul. To obtain a student visa, even without a lot of travel, you just need to have a reason to learn English, prepare for questions from the consul and not make stupid mistakes. When purchasing our VIP package, you will work with a manager who will talk you through all the stages of the visa interview. You can apply for a student visa with us from anywhere in the world at any time of the year! If you want to transfer to a language school located in another city, you can do this literally after the first month of training. We will help you with transfer to any of the schools.
8. What to do after graduation? After graduation, the student can return home and get a job that he has long dreamed of getting; someone gets a promotion; and some pass exams and go to university. You also have the opportunity to improve your level of study within the country and enroll in the US universities. There are also cases when students turn to immigration lawyers, and, with good reason, receive green cards! If you are planning a further path of study in the USA, then the period of stay in student status is not legally limited. Now let's talk about what to do if you decide to continue your studies and find a job in the USA. You have several options.
9. What is CPT (Curricular Practical Training)? After language programs, you can continue your education in certificate programs and if the program has a CPT opportunity (Curricular Practical Training) - you can work up to 20 hours a week while you study. This option is great for those who want to deepen their knowledge in the field of study. Continuing education is an excellent option for students after completing CPT and undergraduate programs. You can maintain your F-1 visa status if you enroll in a qualified institution for a higher level degree than the one you just completed. Not only will this provide you with more opportunities for professional growth, but it will also allow you to make long-term professional connections in the US that will help you build your career.
10. What is OPT (Optional Practical Training)? After completing the one-year certificate program, you can apply for OPT (Optional Practical Training - permission for a certain period of employment). If you have only been working part-time or have been working full-time under CPT for less than a year, then you may be able to apply for OPT authorization with another employer. Renewing your F-1 visa with OPT authorization is a great way to continue to gain hands-on experience in your field of study. OPT is valid for a year and allows you to legally work in the US for a US employer for a year. You also have the opportunity to establish yourself and subsequently get yourself a work visa.

You will take a test in advance to determine your level of English and, based on this, you will be placed in a class with a group that suits your level. The interview with the consul will also be conducted in your native language. Schedules vary by school and group, but are typically grouped into classes ranging from Beginner to Advanced. To complete one level you need about 3 months of classes. However, you determine the period for which you travel. You can leave earlier, you can stay to study longer or change schools. You can arrive in the USA 30 days before the start of your program.
